A dispute with a system operator

The Energy Agency decides in the first instance in disputes between the users of the network and system operators, and in the second instance on the appeal regarding access to the system. According to the Administrative Fees Act the Energy Agency is not obliged to charge administrative fees.

Disputes between business consumers and suppliers are subject of jurisdiction of competent courts.
